    ZONED Fitness is a personal training studio located in Beacon, NY, owned and operated by Keith Laug. After studying health and wellness at Colorado State University, Keith returned to NY to pursue his fitness training career in early 2002. He enjoys the outdoors, sports and spending time with family and friends. Keith also studied art in Italy in 2000 and recently returned to his creative ways. Beacon Spring loves this fitness artist!
